Launch, After Launch & Support Plan
Training, launch & stabilization (1–2 weeks)
After we switch on your first workflows, we run short Loom walkthroughs, share simple SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and do a gradual rollout. We monitor runs and metrics, fix issues, and keep changes small and reversible.
Ongoing Support Plan (required minimum 12 months)
We maintain and improve your automations after launch. Typical coverage: minor tweaks, bug fixes, health checks, vendor/tool updates, and a small improvement backlog. Bigger features or new automations are quoted separately. At the end of 12 months you will have the opportunity to renew and continue your support plan.
How we work together
– Check-ins: weekly or bi-weekly (agreed in your proposal)
– Support channel: email; optional WhatsApp for faster loops
– Response targets: next business day for normal requests; faster for critical incidents
– Access/security: least-privilege accounts and shared-drive workflows
– Docs & handover: we keep SOPs and diagrams up to date
